复制指向突出显示的内容的链接（突出即高亮）功能，在获取内容中如果有“-”这样的字符，导致定位不成功

这个动作很方便啊，效率很高，不过使用中发现一个bug：

在网站 https://tracydurnell.com/2023/06/18/ai-has-poisoned-its-own-well/ 选中“2022 and 2023 will be essentially “lost years” of internet-sourced content”

比如使用动作生成的这个链接，再次访问时无法定位：

https://tracydurnell.com/2023/06/18/ai-has-poisoned-its-own-well/#:~:text=2022%20and%202023%20will%20be%20essentially%20%E2%80%9Clost%20years%E2%80%9D%20of%20internet-sourced%20content

直接用浏览器右键“复制指向突出显示的内容的链接”获得的链接，再次访问时可以定位：

https://tracydurnell.com/2023/06/18/ai-has-poisoned-its-own-well/#:~:text=2022%20and%202023%20will%20be%20essentially%20%E2%80%9Clost%20years%E2%80%9D%20of%20internet%2Dsourced%20content

感觉是在URL加密的时候，一些字符处理方式不一致导致的，除了此处的“-”之外不知道还有没有其他字符，比如“+”等
